Jia Xean commenced her internship with Messrs. Joshua & Associate in year 2017 and also in year 2018 under the Internship Program of the firm where she was exposed to Civil Litigation, Probate & Administration and Family Law matters. In view of her commitment to the tasks assigned to, the firm made a conditional offer to her for pupillage. In 2019, she also interned with Messrs. Lio & Partners where she was exposed to Conveyancing practice.Jia Xean accepted the conditional offer for pupillage at Messrs. Joshua & Associates in year 2020 and commenced her pupillage in 2021 under the tutelage of Mr. Joshua where she is exposed to Probate & Administration, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Conveyancing practice. Since July 2022, she was retained as an Associate to assist in the Probate & Administration Department (Southern Zone and Central Zone of Semenanjung Malaysia, Singapore), Family Law Department and Civil Litigation Department
